The Prolec Rangemaster machine envelope monitoring system is specifically designed to create a safe working envelope for operators of high-reach demolition equipment. This envelope, defined by the tool & machine operator, describes the safe operating area in which the machine is stable and therefore prevents operators exceeding the machine's capability and potentially topping the machine..

Rangemaster Demolition monitoring system features:

• The operator is warned when approaching the predefined operational envelope limit
• Warnings when predefined operational limit is reached or exceeded
• Full control is maintained for operators to prevent unintended shutdown in unsafe situations
• "Virtual walls" can be defined to prevent the machine slewing outside pre-defined limits
• The pressure in the boom main lift ram is monitored, and alerts the operator if exceeded. This warns the operator of impending hydraulic limit conditions which could cause the equipment to free fall
• The on board data logger records the occurrence of the equipment exceeding the predefined limit and/or exceeding the preset pressure monitor limit
