Weighloader ADT

Prolec's Weighloader ADT on-board weighing system offers an unrivalled accuracy when compared to other on board weighing systems available for articulated dump trucks (ADT). Weighloader achieves exceptional onboard weighing using sensing technology which combines Prolec's strengths in integration of components, software and electronic communications.

Other ADT on-board weighing systems that are available rely on measuring pressures in the lifting rams of the skip; this is less accurate and limits the capability of the on-board weighing system.

Weighloader ADT uses strain sensors which measure deformation in the walking beams of the truck. This method achieves high levels of accuracy (typically <3%), and weighing can be done in real time.
