Prolec’s service team are hitting the road.

Two new service vans will enable the Prolec service team to support its customers across the UK, marking the start of a company-wide expansion programme

James Fisher Prolec, a world-leader in innovative machine productivity and safety systems, has recently expanded its service offering, in response to unprecedented levels of demand, to include two fully chapter 8 compliant service vans.

The vans will enable the Prolec service team to quickly respond to requirements throughout the UK, carrying out inspections, repairs and services. 

 

Prolec’s service engineers have been trained to deliver the highest level of service to its customers and are experts in the Prolec product range, with several engineers personal track safety (PTS) qualified, enabling them to carry out service work in the heavily regulated rail industry. The engineers will be based remotely in Glasgow and Wales, giving Prolec more flexibility to assist customers across the UK.

The two new service vans both have chapter 8 compliant markings recommended for vehicles working on high speed roads and are fitted out with crash proof racking, enabling the team to keep the vans fully stocked with spare parts.
